Comments I was born in Panama and my father spent two tours of duty in the Army down there. We loved it! I have some great memories of Panama. Question...I'm in school to become a librarian/information specialist...does anybody know of any librarian positions or places I could work in Panama? The more I think about it the more I'm getting excited about going to live down there again. Now if I could just talk my husband into it!! Thanks

Comments Left the "ZONE" in 63. Revisited in August 2002. Loved the place before and love it on recent trip. Took my 17 yr. old son on last trip, he loved it too.
My father is buried in the american cemetary in Corozal, I was glad to see how well it is kept up by the American Gocernment.

Comments Lived in the CZ from 1974-1976. Lived at Howard/Albrook AFB. Member of Road Knights Motorcyle Club. Have great memories of trips,people I met. Like to hear from other members.Who knows we may remember each other. I had the smallest bike, CL100 Honda. Still ride today GL1100 Aspencade. Great website enjoy looking at all the old pictures. I was able to pick out my old home from the aerial view of Albrook.

Comments Hi, I can't believe that i found this site. I love looking at all the photos that bring back memories. My Dad was in the army and we we there for 3 yrs. (63 - 67 ) Ok almost 4 yrs. We lived at 3 different bases. Cocoli (k and 1 st grade), Fort Clayton (2 nd), Fort Kobbe (3 rd). I really wish that i could go back and relive my time there. Also if anyone knows how I could get my hands on some guinups please let me know
