Corn with
Chayote

Ingredients:
5 tender chayotes
1/2 lb. margarine
Salt and sugar
5 tender corn on the cob
1/2 quart milk
Directions:
Strip corn kernels from cobs and chop the chayote into small pieces. Saute together in
margarine stirring them constantly. Add the milk, salt and sugar. Cover and let it simmer
until soft.
