Comments: Great site! Would like to hear from CHS classmates, 72 & 73. Lived at Fort Gulick, Fort Randouph and Ft. Davis. 23yrs. Visiting my family here South of Houston, Lake Jackson and Freeport and getting dark, plus enjoying myself in this sun of yours.I'm ready to head home to Bellingham,Washington. Really enjoyed the summer here, I lived on the beach and thought how much I missed home. I even go to where there are palm trees or banana trees and sit under them, I know people think I'm crazy just sitting or lying there. I will keep in touch!

Comments: Lived in Panama 78-81..Worked for IBM, servicing typewriters,copiers,etc in canal area. It was a terrific 3 years, so much to do..Met my wife in panama. Will be remembered as the best years of my life. So much to remember, and yet, so much lost to changes. Missed the dinners and mongolian BBQ at fort clayton.

Comments: BHS Class of 66. I lived in Margarita until 7th grade then Diablo Heights until 1966. Joined U.S. Army for 4 years and returned to CZ as a Police Officer/Detective until 1978. Left CZ in February 1978, transferring to the U.S. Marshals Service. Served as a U.S. Marshal in Texas until retiring in 1998 with 32 yrs and 4 months Gov't service (4 yrs Army and 8 yrs CZ Police included) Now living in St. Louis, MO. with my wife Kathleen and our 3 sons. My daughter Shannon graduated from college in 2000 and works for CNN in NY City. I stay busy with church activities, umpiring baseball, scouting, soccer, the 173RD Airborne Association and family activites. Comments: I lived on Ft. Gulick up the hill from the pool & theatre from 1962-1966. I went to Coco-Solo Elem. 5th & 6th grade, then 7th & 8th at CHS. I really enjoy surfing on the CZPanama sites & the deja vu. So many memories resurfaced from those growing up years!! Never could explain Ginnups to anyone stateside!! Still have fond memories of Coach Palumbo,(Science) Ms. Sofie McClemmons(Home Ec.)I'll never forget driving from Panama back to the states the summer of 66. I only wish that I had kept a diary and actually taken pictures. At 13 1/2, I was too young to realize the importance of it!! Didn't know my memory would fail me!!

Comments: My grandfather, Julian Carson Boggs, was a conductor (or brakeman?) on the Panama RR, during construction, c. 1909-1915. My father, Robert L. Boggs, was born in Ancon, presumably in a canal hospital, 3/24/1914. I would be interested in learning wheteher there are any records from that time that would still exist. Comments: I lived in Panaman when I was 6-9...military father at Albrook. Really enjoyed looking at all the pictures. Most interesting. Thanks for all the time and energy required to put this together. Enjoyed picture of Balboa Elementary School. I went there 1st - 3rd grades. I am now a teacher, and I am 53 years old.
